(13) Helplessness

This week was supposed to be Sonder & Change, however it was laid on my heart to do something different. Sometimes those we care for are going through some rough times. It can be difficult not being able to do more than we're able. What's important is you continue to be there, as well as remind yourself of what you can't change, and reassure yourself of what you can 💕
